To return an item to EnvisionXpress.com, contact your local Envision Xpress store or call Customer Service at 1-800-861-0406 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.You may also contact customer service via email at customerservice@envisionxpress.com.
Note: Healthcare, food, and perishable items are not returnable. Items must be returned in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item is defective. Damages and shortages need to be reported within 10 days of delivery. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Dependent upon product type and condition, restocking fees may apply – please contact customer service for more information.
