Step-by-step directions provided through the Mobilize Rescue app enable untrained bystanders to help assess and manage medical emergencies while EMS is en route, but the effectiveness relies on the supplies being available to rescuers. Chewable aspirin, labeled Item E2 in the system, can begin reversing a blood clot in the heart during a heart attack.
