HyFin Chest Seal Refill is designed for Zoll Mobilize Rescue Systems that include medical and trauma supplies. When employed, the rescue system is paired with an interactive application that provides real-time instructions on how to use the supplies. Step-by-step directions provided through the Mobilize Rescue app enable untrained bystanders to help assess and manage medical emergencies while EMS is en route, but the effectiveness relies on the supplies being available to rescuers. This chest seal, labeled Item C1 in the system, seals open, sucking chest wounds and keeps them from getting worse.
